Server opened at start of February 2010 and has 3-4 big clans already in these 2-3 weeks.

I see people of that clan playing, and i don't know why server would be fail cos someone won a siege.

In fact tvt is always full of this clan. And a server doesn't fail , because a clan leaves. So, even if what you say is true, then people of that clan returned and you didn't know.
