you know you have a function in L2 called skill enchantment...try escaping a 25+ entangle from a lvl 83+ char...also you can use spiritshots for fast casting...it's not that slow...

but ffs you must be blind to now know most retail players have their skills enchanted to at least +20...and this are the randoms...most heroes and shit have all skills +15/30...dunno where have you been living lol xD ...

exactly i gave advice on a retail servers point of view...where having 25+ skills is pretty much a reality were almost everyone lives in...

and even talking about private low rates in most decent servers everyone who goes oly must have OE'd skills...and nowadays it's relatively easy to overenchant skills...you just need a couple of mastery codexes...
