Personally i dont use them but.. THERES ALWAYS a big but ill give u info today later or tommorow cuz im just making an archer and ill tell if u need to use them :)
My friend who is hero saggi told me that he one shot a mage with Seven Arrow

vs tanks: allways use dash, run from them. spam "lethal shot" or normal attack. i dont use any other skills vs them (waste of mana)
vs mages: target oppenent, press attack button, while attacking, u can go to kitchen to make some coffee. (easy)

On l2j yea but on balanced server is hard for saggi to kill anything
