Vampiric Impulse is the buff, and WL is better since Interlude.. I think

Inspector, but forget about it, you need a kamael subbed to both the other classes and then can it take this class
and it only lasts 15secs

Well, yeah, the reuse is big and it only lasts 15secs, so its only for emergencies. But's still imba :D
Thats one thing that so far, I think its unique to L2. It makes lvling, farming, well, any kind of grinding with meele classes so much easier. On others games, meeles have a hard time to lvl up cos they loose too much HP, and must spam pots, etc. Thats a big upside on l2 imo!
