I have inspector re-use is like 2min but buffs are..... indeed awesome

the chronicle is ofc HB
i think i'll start an EE, but i need some info
can you recharge urself in HB, if not, can you recharge someone else that has the rech skill or these had been changed already since HB?

does the trick of making a human/orc/bh sub and then going for a delf sub on elf race still work in HB or it was fixed in gracia?
