looking for a new server

Gracia Epilogue is a must
8-15 rates xp and similar other ones
cz/sk or international comunity
drop goes to inventory
1st and 2nd class transfer without quest
subclass without quest (this is not MUST)
skills autolearn until 3rd class
around 1000-1500 people online
started at least month ago
dualbox only allowed not trial or quatrobox

anybody knows something similar to this?

please reply if you know :)

l2rox is all of those(I'll probably get bashed for saying this)
They're GF atm, but going to Epilogue next Tuesday I believe, when they update to L2DC software.
900-1100 on at primetime, mostly international, x10 rates.

L2 serpent is located in California so expect lags if you are from europe... I had so bad lags in first 15 mins that I quitted it.

And L2astralworld seems to be bug ridden... Anything you do the guy has made it top notch tuning without caring gaming stability. Typical eLvl Presleyism.
