Since the effects are not the same, the debuffs stack together so you will need DEs yes.

I mean Stigma + Vicious Temper + Hex + Death Mark lowers Pdef soo much. :D

In full buff you can kill Discarde Guardian(lvl 20) alone in full buff :D

After that usually killing Pan Dryad(lvl25) alone in full buff is easy: Get top D heavy and top D weapo n and it is dead in 40 minutes. (My record is 17 minutes)
