LOOL don't listen to euphoria he is dumb sometimes xD...nothing influences blows land rate...only buffs like mortal strike and skills like assassination and shit increases it...no str no dex...str increases the skill crit rate or double damage on blows...don't remember what or if anything increases lethal/half-kill chance...

but if i low str i will do less dmg, and dex goes into critical power?if not what goes into critical power?

dude...dex doesn't increase skills land rate...are you crazy...

anyway for pve : dyes +4str +dex -8con and for buffs all the fighter buffs...greater might berserker spirit etc etc...

for pvp: dyes +5dex -5str +4wit -4int get greater shield...you can get berserker spirit but that's up to you...always get cov...

in pvp you don't need to rely on str much...your blows will always do a lot of damage and as a dagger you rely more on speed and evasion so yeah +dex...
