if your concerned with m atk go for sph
if your concerned with cast speed go for sps
but sph>sps most of the time.

Sph. Cuz they're cooler and stronger, and not too slow either.
As usual, it'll come down to luck in a one on one fight. If neither lands a debuff, I'd bet on the sph in any situation.
And they're both better than the sorc and the necrophagist. Or the necrophiliac. Whatever.
