Do i need to be on 2nd sub when i kill barakiel or does any sub do the trick?
and what lvl i have to be?

You need to be on sub, when you kill barakiel. Level doesn't matter. You just need to be in last hit pt and have reached barakiel part of the q.

yeah ofc i gotta be on sub, but do u have to be on 2nd sub? since its too high lvl and cant kill that SOB

Doesn't matter which sub. And also, it's not necessary to hit barakiel. If a member of your party makes last hit on Barakiel, then everyone that has the q and is close to Barakiel gets the QI in your pt.
