Server Gracia Final x450 (Server started 12-October-2009)
Rates: Exp/SP x450, Adena x3000, Drop & Spoil x20
NPC Class Changer to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd occupation.
safe 100 max 65535 66%
Custom sets Titanium and Tattoos.
GM-Shop, NPC-Buffer full (3 hour), Skills lvl 81 and 83.

Server Gracia Final x3 (Server started 10-October-2009)
Rates: Exp/SP x3, Adena x4, Drop & Spoil x4
1st and 2nd Class by NPC no quest, 3rd class by quest only
Vitality full up to 400% bonus experience.
Dual/Third Box Allowed, New server, no corruption, donations only by hair accessories.

it would be a good idea in a low rate server. some extremely lucky ppl could have weps more than +16... but in server like this, you'll have to grind day'n'night till you have at least +250 weapon.... (if blessed is 99%)

dont launch imo, 100% fail...
