Does anyone knows good servers that will open in the 4th quarter of November maybe the beginning of December?
I am interested into joining with a few friends.

searching criteria:
Rates: max 5x.
Balanced rates.
Serious and impartial staff.
Retail like, not a custom parade.
Dual-Boxing NOT allowed.
Botting and dual-boxing protection system.


This thread is directed to staffs and players which knows a server will open around that period, so... if you know a server with those criteria please post also flamers, trollers and etc. please keep the thread clean.
