Hello all,tomorrow [friday] 2009.10.30 18h +2GMT new mid rates server start.

I don't get it - basic enchant scroll rate - 50%? (wth??)
And - blessed enchant scroll - 45%? (funny,on retail rates it's 66)

retard. retail blessed enchant scrolls is same rate as normal enchant scrolls. except that the item wont break if it fail, it will just be +0 again.
