I'm searching a server with the following :

Client : Gracia Final
Rates : 8x (min) to 15x (max)
Quest : Must to do all the quest.
Subclass : Stackable (base + 1)
Dualbox : Yes.
Donation : No.

If you know any of this. Tell me.
