luna and bartz has nice pvps, sieges, dong go teon if u starting game from zero teon has alot of oed weapons economy is mest up so not realy good for beginer luna and bartz has its gold age atm.

All servers are dead. All server average online is ~1500 with Teon making the exception to have average online ~2500.

Personally I suggest Luna because its "new" server and has nice activity.
Population doesn't tell the activity of a server.
