You can also get when you become Hero. You can buy it fom Grand Olimpiad manager with Nobles Gate Passes. (I forgot how many)

When you finish your 3th class you will recieve as award 1 book of the gaints. To gain additional books you will need 5000 Noblesse gate passes.

Every castle can produce books of giants as well - so you can buy it from public market (privet stores of players) or if you have friend in clan who owns a castle ask them too.
