Does it close, or simply wont go past the splash screen? Either way, u might wanna re-install the game and try again. Also check if ur firewall/antivirus isnt blocking L2

No, it doesn't close it just stays forever in the splash screen.

I have reinstall the game from fileplanet 5 times, it is a clean client.

No, antivirus or firewall is blocking it.

The official updater has a problem and when you get a clean client it doesn't download and update all files.

The solution is to press check files and it ll download the rest.
