Where can i find wchich skill belong to wchich element?
I've never seen earth elemental nuke-skill - so why there is an earth stone and surrender to earth?
And, at least - wchich element is the best way to increasse archery dmg(i mean skills of PR)?

dephends of attribute on enemys armor.
everybody put fire against sorc and tyrants/destro
everybody put water against sps
everybody put wind against spellhowlers
everybody put dark against DA/SK drains, necro debuffs and deathspikes, PS deathspikes
so u have helmet + gloves + boots + main armor
heavy armor users have 1 slot more, so they choose mostly double darc or fire resist

guess which atributes are missing...

and earth skill nukes are from auguments only (as far as I know)
and since gracia final debuffs allways stay 30 sec (surrender one) so u can use it on your friend to increase his wind resistance bechause I saw only twice in my gameplay earth augument, and people mostly change it bechause of passive antharas earring ressistance

Is it any sense to put elemental enchant into a bow/duals/daggers and weapons for other chars based on pysical?
