hello guys. I need help

i start, my destro on new server gracia final.

I have a little problem with frenzy cooldown time. I equiped my Dark elven dagger with rsk.haste.... but cooldown time was still 10 minutes after use

so i was wondering if this thing with dagger is or bug repaired on GF or it is just mistake in server... ty for answers

epic jewels are dropped from raidbosses
they are called epic cuz
A)the raidbosses are hard
B)they give epic boosts

sorry for my bad english...

Don't remember where i've seen this but some guy said that with full buffs and RB jewels he could frenzy once 6-7 minutes and zealot had a 2-3 min cooldown.
