even if somehow it did make more damage elemental storm = fail so better no use it in any circumstances....

that elemental strom dont need any seed or somthink for use?

After HB it no longer needs anything

It's not so weak btw, 200power with no attribute is kinda imba, just it's 250mp, that's why it's not so common, but an mcrit with it in pvp is lolsome.
