How to get that recipe 100% on c5? I think there none mob drop,but there are blades...

Dunno if this mobs are since c5 or IL, the spot is in frozen labyrinth in the town of schuttgart, if im not wrong this town was implemented in c5, so maybe you can get the recipe, its very hard to get, since is by drop and the chance is very low.

also, its drop should be equivalent for sword of damascus; this means, every mob who dropped dama blades/recipes now drops wizard tear blades/recipes too (with same chance ofc), for example falibati in FG
