gracia final srv doesn't exist

l2jfree developers said they wont continue with gracia final also .. so if u want to play it go retail

In about 4-5 days L2J will release Gracia Final support files. I suggest you avoid any servers that claim to be Gracia Final as they are bugland. Client and packets are very different so even simple client support is pretty hard to do. Like the move from Interlude to Kamael. Who remembers lost items, items with +65535 enchants and lost skills? Something like that you could expect. Be patient I suggest, good support needs time. Or go for retail.

final has been just launched on offz and u want a normal final private server?
every fuking new chronicle gets the newest chronicle privates in the 1st days
its simply the previous chronicle with new starting screen(splashscreen)
