I would say Elven Elder - it's a great healer, can recharge and also has few pretty good and unique buffs, especially Shock Ressist.
While Shilien Elder is not such a good healer, can recharge, but has some nice buffs which sadly are not so wanted on high lvls since warcryer has vampiric and OL has empower..
SE is like a jack of all trades.. not so good in every aspect. EE atleast is an awesome healer, and the only one to have Shock Ressist actually :)


Edit: Bishop is nice if you want to be a full healer - your buffs just suck arse.. the only buffs you gonna lvl after 40 lvl are Prayer (increases healing power) and Body of Avatar which is like bless the body but also heals.. and PP is not such a good idea cuz he's a single buffer, Warcryer and/or OL is better.

I don't play Raid Fight so I can't tell you but usually all servers need SWS :D
Or bishop, healers are also wanted but they are probably more than the swordsingers.

EE is beter cos of clarity, mental shield and PoW. In mass pvp nobody uses resist shock, cos nobody stuns. U only get resist shock in 1v1 or very small scale pvp when u dont have full buffs
