 Post subject: Shield Slam LAND RATE???

Hi i have question which stat DEX or STR manipulate land rate of a Shield Slam. Dex is responsible for a Stun, STR for a land rate of a physical Lethel and INT for a magical lethal, and what witch Shield Slam? anyone know???
