and even the legendary developers of the past have thrown in the towel. We can't just stand by
and let L2 Off be over-run by the L2 Java community. We present to you the return of L2 Official.

It does now. Our developers are professionals 'under the hood' with L2 Official. They've constantly been a step ahead of the 'current' L2 off chronicles. Well we've produced something that doesn't exist and we want everyone to come see what it's like to play a newer chronicle on a stable L2 Official server! And I'm not even mentioning our custom in-game systems...
Come try it!

If an extender can be created to extend c4 to hellbound, why is it such a stretch that one has been created for gracia final to freya? Just because we're not a big name and we're not selling it?
Feel free to ask any questions or ask for any kind of proof of our claims, rather than just saying "IT DONT EXIST", we have nothing to hide.

do you seriuosly believe players who knows what means "off server files" will like your shitload of customs like new grades? if ppl want new grades they go play real official servers with r grade

it doesn't seem bad i'm just sayin this is waste of files, but we shall see

(Hi - I'm one the devs, fyi).

It would seem players wouldn't care much for a lowrate, we tried that.
Even with 100% data accuracy for p.atk, skill power, etc etc.

So the next step would be this :)

Even so, the extensions are natural extenders so to speak.
S86 currently (highest grade achieveable atm) are the Freya Weapons\Elegia Armors with a small bit extra def\atk.
(So it's not actually a custom except the extension of moving a weapon\armor set to a custom grade).

L2 was designed for more grind and a living constant economy when "Freya" or any other chronicle was introduced - we just cut some corners that make playing the game itself easier.

Nothing stops players from using our new "customs" with the original content - such as farming AA from SSQ for gear instead of a in custom farming zone or doing the new Epic Quests.

Infact the difficulity of Epic Bosses (Freya in particular - Hardmode never beaten yet i believe on retail) is much more aligned\retail than L2J due to the numerous algorhythms for damage\resis\defence\etc still not being properly implented in L2J :).

So it's a chance to experience ..a lets say more well thought of Highrate with some "game time addon" for endgame - instead of just have content for content sake.

Take the Fishing system - it's fun and genious(imho). but how many use it in newer chronicles?
It's become outdated. There's plenty of content but in most cases It's useless endgame wise with "Vanilla" L2 :)

+.

I doubt people will join, it's just a bit too customized, makes it look like lol BR l2j high rate with +40 items. It's not about what rates you use, you can use x7 you can use x30 or x1000, you just need to make a high quality, serious gameplay style, not something for kids to play with.

It would really be bad to waste such good files with stuff like these. It really is l2 off, even the 1 sec macro bug works so ...
I think many people would like a retail-like feeling when playing this game. You really have great developping skills and you could use that to create a perfect server in terms of bug/problem fixing and other cool stuff, while keeping the game clean and retail like in terms of PvE and PvP(no custom places, levels or anything). I guess there are many people that would enjoy a normal mid rate with or without buffer rather than a customized high rate, no matter how much skills were put into doing that.

Personally i'd love if we could open a midrate\lowrate - but that didn't work.
People don't want it in enough volume - you forget we can't run this in a cheap VPS until we grow.

Secondly - besides the "Alternative" easier way to get top gears, s80/s84/s86.
How is this majorly custom?
For all intensive purposes the balance is all retail, except no crafting (and a s84 to s86 grade convert).

We try to make things very retail, raiding the big bosses still count.
Infact we're kinda hoping some clan will be badass enough to raid a retail(Un-Nerfed) Freya in Hard Mode.

Never happened on retail....

PS:
Open Beta is open - there will be some missteps but come test and help us balance the progression-time from 1 to 90.
