im just wondering if you can effectively "tank" epic bosses such as baium, antharas etc (tank hating and doing aggresion to it) so that it wont go and hit other players in your command channel... do you have techniques on how you kill epic boss?

Aggro does aggro bosses if that's what you're asking. Tanks in epic bosses are important, but even they can die in 1 hit.

Every epic has its own way to be defeated.

Epics aren't unhatable? I thought that they are tanked this way. Run and be healed, die, ress, next human will run, be healed, die, ress...

Yeah i thought so too.. Never seen someone tanking epic bosses, well rofl in my l2 career i wasn't so much of a raid killer..

for QA u dont need tank.i ussualy go with a high destro let the guard attack him, and the sorc party kills QA.Zaken is easy 1 tank is enough, with 1 bishop and 1 recharger;the nuker party must have its own rechargers ofc.baium aint hard,i meant look at its stats,but u need a good tank,healers rechargers etc. the dragons are THE raids; kinda hard to tank; also frintezza is very difficult.

aq - good to have tank for royals, so they wont kill your sorcers
zaken - maybe tank could be usefull but he cant tank Zaken himself
baium - the only thing where tank could be usefull here - archangels, some have to run with em
tizza - here dunno, never was there ;]
dwagons - tanks can do sh1t about them, cant hate them (but yeah, on some privs its bugged and you can tank even valakas, tank pt then is most important then)

but after all: NO YOU CANT TANK EPICS THEMSELVES!

U can try to tank, but if ur waiting for classic tanking, forget it, cos even tanks get 1-shot, and even in UD they get 1-shot sometimes (Ive seen a screen with UD+symbol of defense: Antharas hit you for 12000, hard crit huh? )

just take as much ppl as u can and RUSH THEM!

Anyway, you don't need a tank at epics like Baium/Anthy/Valakas/Tezza. You can use one at Zaken/AQ and maybe Baium too but not necessary.

i played once on C5 where aggro was bugged and you could aggro valakas - in 1h of tanking, tank died twice.

anyway it was crap and no fun with tank ;]

Baium is piece of cake. We didn't have tanks on abyss and we killed every non epic rb with 2 destros. I think that fullsupported party with 4 destro will be able to kill baium very fast. On AQ I prefer 2 high level destro for minions and fullbuffed low level destro kill AQ in second. Or 2.

kill baium with titans?? that sucks.... imo 2 mage parties are better... and baium is supposed to be lkilled with more than 1 pt and I wanna see u killing galkonda with 2 destros...
