 Post subject: Wyvern

so i have my strider lvl 55 (fresh) and wondering how can I summon it as a wyvern? the two ways are like having Fortress or Castle and talk to NPC... etc... but is there a way for a clan leader to summon it without talking to the npc and summon it? any change about these pets as we are in Freya/High5 now?
