Hello, i see some shillien Templar on oly and he have staff and take me all buffs (i play ST) is there somobody who know what is this for weaponn or can be agument ?? i lose Hero because he kill me a take all buffs (BTW and its not TOD)

It could be dagger + {pvp} mod (cancels buffs) .

edit: does he do anything special? or does he just hit normal with it? maybe it's buffsteal talisman that's glitched and takes too many buffs

I suspect it's a glitched buff steal talisman, cancel auguments don't exist (afaik), and daimon crystal doesn't have any ninja SA that takes buffs either

There's is no such an augment and cancel dagger doesnt have specific animation (except when it cancels buffs - common cancellation's animation) .
