I've searched well with Search Botton, but I haven't found the re-use of augments skill like "hurricane lvl 10".

Anyone know what is the cooldown in Freya?

I think 4 secs.

4sec, but you can change your weapon and use other nuke while the first one has re-use. Playing like this you can shoot nuke every two secounds. (the augments can't be the same)
And there was this vampiric nuke, it had less dmg, more mp const.and 8 to 10sec re-use

also it it important to not use ls76 or 80 but higher ones :P
