Ok i play a 10x 'retail like, ish' server

I have an awesome TK with nice gear but im thinking to re roll a human tank, i want a more offensive one. I have some experience with PhoenixKnight class and its got ToL etc like TK however the HellKnight looks very interesting with its summon though i know that its moot because its easily killed even in olympiad, i will power level my new toon and will use it for olympiads and mass pvp/siege.

I have +9 vesper cutter / +6.6.10.6.6 Vesper Heavy Set / Boss Jewel Set +3.3.8.3.3

On to my questions
1) which tank (HK/PK) is better offencivly with damage output etc etc
2) is it hard to learn hell knight class if i have no experience with it?
3) overall which tank should i choose? And why?

(Olys are dominated by healers/summoners/necros/daggers/tanks atm)
If anyone knows how the stats are like crit/speed/p attk/ p def / attk speed / etc on the 2 classes same level/gear/buffs that would be useful thanks in advance xP

1. da is more offensive
2. not so hard to master any tank ... maybe with sk u can have some troubles, but ain't that much to learn.
3. i always play with sk, so my choice will always be a sk. but between human classes, i'd go pk, even if it's not offensive, it really survives . it's almost ridiculous how low damage can some1 do to him, and it's always welcomed in rb pt. also it is a great class to play at oly or at mass pvp.
but u can always stay TK. with that gear you'll probably own oly, so u don't really need to reroll.

@Idool thanks for your input, i do very well in olympiads atm but i only returned to server after we had our baby last week so i wont be december hero, anyway i will keep the TK ofcourse but as i am waiting for update before i make any new gear/enchanting etc i kinda need something to keep me ocupied so making a new char and farming KE to OE his skills is something that will do that.

So in your opinion Phoenix Knight is better, i kinda think the panther of HK is very weak and easy to kill but i was thinking of the reflect aspect of HK if i got augment for reflect i would have then double the reflect power and this comes in useful against other tanks and also some summoners.

About their stats does HK have better p attk than an equal PK?
Does PK have more P def?
crit etc?


Or are they about the same?

What are the chances (and stratagy) of hellknight in olympiad vs PK and TK

well imo panther is a joke ...
u can always make a fenrir and own the damn weak panther.
it's useful in oly, cuz it has cancel and it's still a damage dealer, too bad u don't have heal so it dies extremely fast.
reflect is good, also drains are something to not joke about it, it has stun & majesty like the pk, it has fear, which pk doesn't, but it lacks the angelic icon that pk has, and damn it's a good skill. also tribunal> judgment, and da doesn't have healing abilities.
about stats, i think they are pretty much the same, since they have same STR. they also have the same heavy armor mastery and majesty so they have the same pdef too.
the only difference between them is : pk can heal, better in pve pt / rb pt, and angelic icon to kick ass, whilst da is a more dd tank, with drains, reflect damage and lolsome panther ...
so my choice between these 2 is still pk. pk + ai + fenrir = farm machine and u can bet it's better than da + panther + reflect damage.

about oly : panther can cancel, but if gracia final ++, pk has imperial phoenix, which he can keep it alive, because of heal. so phoenix > panther. PK has angelic, a kick ass skill which makes him a pretty DD, whilst DA hasn't. DA has drains, but they are affected by his matk, and it's not pretty big, and PK, being a tank, has big mdef.
Reflect damage is pretty good, but still, i don't think that one skill makes the DA win against the PK. So all my money are on the PK in PK vs DA.

Iv decided to roll the HK for now because its something new to me and i already have decked TK for Oly farming at the moment. After i get HK to 84 with subs ill decide if i wanna make PK because as i said iv never played endgame HK before

so i may end up with PK eventually..

I have a new question I have a vesper heavy set +6/6/10/6/6 but my friend has a dynasty shield master full foundation and full +10... I know the vesper has more p defence and the potential to be noble vesper but do you think the hp bonus on the +10 dyna set makes it better? I ask because i may be able to work a trade with him... Thanks in advance.

i say you should keep vesper, better stats and noble vesper ftw

I know noble vesper is l33t and also the stats rock but he has 10k HP on UNbuffed Sk lol

In my oponion pk is far greater class than hk.

They have the same defense but pk has heals and AI, while hk has reflects, TOD and some crappy hex debuff + drains.

PK just owns, couse reflects aren't that great when you look @ instant healing. TOD dousn't land 100%, hex never lands, drains are joke.... It's pritty much PK kickin' everyones ass.

Btw... If you want that offensive tank, why wount you choose ST?
It's fun, sexi and strong.
Shield defense rate and cubics, best dmg output, TOD, Ass-kickin' vr SOS heals you in no-time. While you still got ya drains,hex AND extra Paralyse thingy thong dingy.
PS. SK with heal augment kicks ass.

What gouse to armor. Stay with vesper! Dynasty has crappy stats and lower defense. The extra hp dousn't make you better tank. Focus on shield def, regular def and the main thing - On makeing kids cry.

actually SK with self recharge would rock xD (if it would be possible, too bad it's not)
still, SK with Empower Passive or Might passive ftw xD

HK kills SK on oly

and FC Steaua wins Europe League xD

im guessing :

Shield of Faith - time (as it effects panther too)
UD / Vengance - decrease penelty
Judgement - Crit modifier?
Drain - Power/Dark?
Shield Stun/Slam - full enchant for Chance?
Panther - full Power
Passives - increase p attk and crit modifier?
Aggresion/Hate - Decrease P defence?

What do you think guys? anything to add?

I'd also like some tactics for HK vs PK, Dagger, Summoner because omfg wtf they are owning olys right nowlol
