Hi, i wanna enchant the spoil skill coz spoiling mobs lvl 80+ sucks.
I have 3 enchanting options. 2 of the options suck but have spoil chance increase.
the 3rd option is better (coz it make mobs vulnerable against elemental attacks) but has no spoil chance increase.

What i want to know is when i enchant a skill, does the probability of success of the skill goes up even if the enchant option doesnt have it? and is it really that much different from the spesific skill that rises the chance?

Skill level increases so it should land more on higher levels even if it isn't the chance option.

u sure or asume? i dont wanna enchant the wrong skill. its expansive.
also on a little different topic, what sub should i do with spoiler. i want to do rogue classes for crit rate but it seems that there is a max of 100 crit rate for spoiler with a blunt on my server O.O possible?
(adenagate server if there is a little chance some1 familiar with that server).

dont enchant "weaken earth" because it does not decrease targets def to earth but lowers the attri attack-translation fail by NCSoft(source EB)
