in pmfun i cant find a recipe.

If they will run this event, yes. I think that on a private srvr is easyer to get, because if you're a strong community, you can suggest admin to implement this event if you don't have one wich runs ig.
On dex for example, Catalin asked us wich event we want, and most of us said about l2day (letters event) and now we have l2day event.
