siege fortress each 4 hours
kill npc on flag base, they repop quicker than any where else in the fortress.
farm with a char around lvl 60-65 for best drop rate

what npcs should i kill? do i need help? sorry noob too... can i kill it with my warsmith lvl 65? DC heavy set, +6 elysian)health) and +3 MJ acce set.?

You must Kill the Guards in the fortress..
Door<<---Not Sure if it drop K.epaulette.. :wink:

oh..so your a dorf.. :roll: its ok..you must be near the guards or door..after you kill them you loot it..
