Hi people, i'm in a kinda dillema right now. I have a silver ranger lvl 76 (sub) and i gotta tell u that i choose sr out of all archers mostly for kyteing and high DEX but for it's Rapid Fire skill too. Problem is i think on the server i play rapid fire is bugged. Because it has the same effect like on lvl 1 rapid fire, and @ lvl 74 i learned it's lvl 8, wich is max. Same bonus on atck speed, and same bonus on p atck. I compared bonus for p atck with rapid fire lvl 7 and after that i learned lvl 8 and use it and it turned out to bestow same effect. Pls tell me is it normal or i should kindly ask the administrator to fix the problem ???

Rapid fire gives +20% atk speed at any level, but it gives more patk as the level increases.
