 Post subject: Hellbound NPC element exchanger?

Hello, I've been told that there is an NPC at HB island that exchanges any atribute stone for any other atribute stone (In CT1-The kamael). I mean, for example 1 fire for 1 divine.

If that is true i would like to know the location of that NPC if it is possible.
