Does the Dynasty set can wear Cloak? I have one set and where I can buy the Cloak for level 80 ?

through tw.... like euphoria said - badass quest
better to lvl up to 84 and get 1 from epic or buy in castle... those r better anyway

+1, cos the quest takes 2 months (since it requires 4 TWs, and there's only 2 TWs each month)
