So , what lvl must be you fishing skill , what lures you have to use , where is the best spawn to fish them .
I searched on some forums and on pm but the information i got is : they only drop at night , and the lvl is 22-26 or smth . I did what they said there and didn't got anyone from any fish .

so, the questions are :
1) expertise lvl of fishing for feathered hat?
2) where to fish them /time , spawn /?
3) which fish drops them ?

I fished for them in giran at nigh time ( lvl of expertise is 24 i think) and on one side of bridge i got only treasures , and on the other side i got fat white fish high or smth big/small etc but i catch them in the daytime to , so i don't think it's ok , couse some say they only drop at night , and i catch the same fish at day and at night .

Whaat? Fishing feathered hat? Those fucking asians lost their mind.
