I have't been playing for some time and have forgotten some things about l2.

So, I have some questions:

I am thinking of chosing new char and I want dd or tank, but can't deside cause I want go for raids pt and simple exping pt.

But maybe lets discuss about warlords a little bit(never palyed as warlord).

I would like to know if warlord could go for raid bosses(does he do any damage or maybe his provoke skill works as hate or agression).

Another thing that I am thinking about, what is the best party for warlord (any dd,tank,nukker,dagger...? in pt)

I am hoping that ones who know could give me as much as they could the information about warlords.

You should know some facts about the warlord. It's a weak class in pvp (ncsoft seems to have forgotten to upgrade it), but pretty good in pve.

His party would be great with him the main damage dealer, a wc, a dancer, and a singer. This would be the perfect party. Ofc, not only one warlord. On dex i saw a few warlord parties. They were grinding mos in rooms at a time. 6 warlords, one wc, one dancer and a singer. This is the best party. They were the best warlords on dex, they gathered. They would spread out in the mos library, get mobs and after 3 minutes each one would try to get back. They would all go in the middle of the library back to back and start grinding. Mobs would just die in a few seconds.

In raids he has no usage to the party. His damage to the raid boss is poor, but a group of warlords should be kept for dealing with the minions.

That wide hate just provokes the enemy, it doesn't distract his attention. For example if the minions spawn and you do hate, they will come on you, but if someone attacks one of the minion, that minion will go to the attacker. The warlord's hate has insignificant power. Some say it's equivalent with giving the mob 1 damage (1 damage does very low aggression).

hm, maybe u, as an expert, could offer anything, which class would be the best in parties more or less (exp/rb/drop..)

i used to lvl in 2 days to 40 from l vl 18 with my SE-cuz i had friend human warrior we quested a bit for money and with a bit luck we got drop of armor set and at lvl 23 we went to catacombs:D x4 rated server... imagine at lvl 23...warlords are great... maybe some say destro is better hmm.. donno but warlord has his big + revival/thrill fight etc balbal just use lineage2.com and see the difference in the skills and masteryes\

and icarus maybe +1 healer? maybe smth like EE cuz we allready have warcryer for vamp equal to SEs vamp rage at high lvls?EE could heal for a long time,recharge and ofcourse +evasion buff and stun resistance.ofc vamp dance + vamp buff give v high amount of life leech but still... if smth messes..and ur wc doesnt have mp?
But im sure at low lvls (till 40) if u use pole go get SE that has some exp in his job..not a newbie healer.after 40 ofcourse +1 bd is great:D

Well, usually warlords don't need any healing because of vr and he doesn't use much mana. Crt stun pole ftw.

+1 ftw!but i rly think healer is great if something smells bad.. mean-wo0o00ot! war comes!!! and u will drain em?:D but ofcourse usually when u dont have war/no agro ppl around u u dont need healer if u have high lvl wc/bd/wls ofcourse and good eq
till that lvl SE is warlords best friend

on pve warlord can handle with vr/healer and a crt stun pole ( his crit chance isnt 500 but it still is nice) .he doesn't get to low hp a lot also because stuns and battle roar and revivial in sticky situations ( revivial reuse - 30 min or so so use it wisely) . on pvp you are ths suckiest clas kuz ncsoft hates u , but you still can manage atleast oly if you keep stunning and if u have btb ,menatal shield,regeneration ( warlord and desrto regeneration is the best so it's even better if they have it ) and focus staffs , you can kill most daggers,archers and nukers in oly ( if ur lucky summoners ,tanks,gladis and sometimes destro 2 ) but on open pvp you don't stand much of a chance.

warlord = pve class nothing more to say

ye i remember when at a pvp server i killed 2 THs:Dsame time:D

When i make warlord i go riding low-lvls in dvc. It's fun as hell, especially if they attack in packs.

why dvc? skyshadow meadow near oren-pobby/bartal etc etc:D i love that place its great for any AoE char(even my sps pwnz there:D)
