server advertisement section should allow 1 topic every day from someone, that should solve the advertisement problem as well

ppl dont spam server advertising in the discussion section
there are max 2-3 different guys that sometimes post about the same sv but i spot them easly

u cant rly fight with that except trying to slow them down by making certain delay between posts OR making users pass through some sort of program such as re-captcha(damn that program is so damn shitty that sometimes i cant fkn read the damn text) if there have been made more than 5 posts/topics in the last 2 mins or smth of that sort
