Искам малко помощ за този куест "bird in a сage". Трябва да намеря NPC Parme но го няма там кадето трябва да е. Трябва ли да направя нещо за да се появи или се появява през определен период от време. Ако някои знае моля да ми помогне.

You need to defeat 3 Raid Bosses first in the instanced dungeon before facing Baylor in Emeral Square.

After defeating him, an Oracle Guide will appear... this will port u to Parme way up high to Baylors lair.
