it doesn't add so much casting speed and m atk , pow reduces speed

duration is 4 minutes and reuse is 5 minutes but correctly buffed/stuffed, you can reduce it to 4 minutes or little less

Magnus adds more cast speed and magic crit rate if i remember right ...

Prophecy of Water - MP regen per tick +20%, M.Atk. +20%, M.Def. +20%, Speed -20%, Casting Spd. +20%, Magic Critical Rate +100%, Debuff Resistance +10%

blah can't find Magnus descript but you will see that it has same value of PoW except cast speed that is 30% .

i tried magnus and PoW and the only diffrence i saw was that magnus didnt decrease run.spd (tho i could be wrong )

Magnus chant gives you more m.atk than pow, mana consumption is reduced. But PoW gives you magical critical rate (your magical crit rate*2)
