is the gladiator good for pve/pvp in helbound server?and what buffer will he need a pp probably?

in HB yes, for pvp
in pve it sucks, not just a bit, prolly one of the most useless characters for it, even for rbs imo you'll mostly get just picked to be aware of enemies
you can only think of pvp with glad, as it was made for it
you can go for wc as buffer too, but in HB, pp is the pvp buffer

ok but i am not sure that i am so pation on x3 server to wait 81 for pvp after 76+ its okey for pvp ?And what gear should i use imperial or tallum heavy .and last question in pvp can i spam only range skilz and will i do a good dmg with them and what i have to do to increase the dmg of that skilz
