I'm looking for a High rate sever.. that has buffs lasting at least 1 hour.. but no gmshop past B grade.

would like english speaking but no required
at least a few people on at all times
example rates would be exp 200x, sp 250x, adena 500x, drop item 250x, spoil 300x

So you can still lvl fast and have buffs but can't just go buy all your shit. Actually get to see A grade drops often and be able to craft faster.

Opening next friday, seems like it's what you're looking for, although it's 75x instead of 200x. The forum population seems decent so I'm assuming it will have a decent start.
