As i pointed out before, rate is damn big. 0,6 or higher.

They didn't mention skill land rate change in logs after C5.

Don't trust their logs imo. I've seen enough to doubt them.

I was guessing .5, but it's damn higher with gloom.

Nobody uses ms for mental shield, so I had to ask.

OT: paralysis is a mental attack afaik, but I'm not sure. Thus, mental aegis should resist it.

I did tests and Mental seems to resist Anchor.
Arcane protection resists all debuffs so should resist anchor.
All buffs that give m def resist anchor (thru m def)

And after all those ^ anchor still lands like a *.

So if i wanna resist the necro.
I need:

Mental Shield, Song of Warding, Arcane Protection, Magic Barrier, and something more 4 sure.

Im Shilien Saint, so I have Arcane Protection ;D Im a lucky one about that. I just need a good augment and LOTS of luck to pwn necros :D

Damn, i guess that NCsoft is able to make dark vortex bullshit. I hope they didnt kill theri brainwaves completely and are still able to think normally.

Anyway, a dwarf mage would be lol. Earth elemental nukes are good idea too, but i really cant imagine how it would look like. I think a big stone flying towards smth is just stupid.

Hm, if you wanna boost necro, give him summon's buffs, and alow his skeleton to wear equipment and use skills with them (give him dualswords to gain TSS, a bow for stun shot, a staff for nukes etc... + dont forget armor to increase his stats and def + jewels)

HAHAH no dark vortex slug ? u want soultaker to 2 hits KILl? believe me if they do dark vrotex slug they will fuck up the balance of lineage first of all Soultaker Has MANY MANY debuffs proberly the most of l2 butim not sure when soultaker give u Gloom + curse of abbys curse weaknes and dark vortex and u want still dark vrotex slug lol
