Well, i've always played only on low rate servers, since lineage I, where we could only find kr servers... at these days i've found one amazing project from Argentina, with 0.25x rates, yes, 0.25, and this is the perfect server for those who really love this game, because it make worth every single content you can do, the files are really good, couldnt find any of interlude bugs that we see everywhere, the only problem is that the community is very low, i'm playing for 2 months I think and the server might have like 20 active players, so, if you really enjoy the GAME LINEAGE 2, and all of this content, you should at least give a chance for this server, maybe we can a grow a good community there and keep enjoying this game.

Are there any servers nowadays that mix Interlude and Classic? That use Interlude Chronicle with a modern Classic Client/Interface? That have the classes balanced like on Classic? That have an Advanced Item Search Feature similar to the one Etina/Eve/Earth servers used that let you search items on shops, npcs, quests and mobs? That has player offline buff shops for buffers to make a profit selling buffs?

There is nothing wrong with customization if it attracts more players. The reason my clan back then played on Etina 3x (Interlude) and 4x (Interlude) was exactly because of the custom Advanced Item Search function and the offline player buffs shops they had. Customized features that made them better compared to the other low rate Interlude servers at that moment, even if they still had the classes broken.

The problem with most Interlude servers nowadays (besides not having Advanced Item Search like the old Etinas and the offline buff shops for buffers) is the class balance. Most players love Interlude because of map, features, quests, mobs, farm zones, items, etc but absolutely hate the lack of class balance specially on tanks and fighters. Meanwhile on Classic they love the modern client/interface, they love the class balance, but they hate the map, the farm zones, the mobs and the auto farm feature that ruined most classic servers.

Interlude has a broken class system where people only play the 2 most broken classes (Necro and Destro).

Necro because it 1 or 2 shots all classes including tanks (tanks and fighters have zero tankiness on Interlude), and destro because it is the highest damage dealer for both single target and AOE (it should only be the highest for single target)

Here is a short list of things for Tanks and Fighters that are way better on Classic Class system:

- Tanks and Fighters have armor, magic resistance, hp and stun/sleep/root resistances all greatly increased
- Tanks and Fighters all have a dash skill (Shoulder Charge on Warlord for example) learned after second class
- Warlord skill land rate is greatly increased (specially stuns)
- Warlord damage is greatly increased (specially vs players)
- Warlord long range stun (Quick Spear) is learned at lvl 42 and not on high level only
- Destro doesn´t abuse polearm with frenzy because he can only hit 3 mobs at once
- Destro is the highest single target damage dealer and Warlord is the highest AOE damage dealer
- etc...

A server that would merge the best of Interlude and of Classic would have the potential of becoming the biggest server out there. It would be like the old servers with 10k or 20k players (not counting boxes).

A lot of people are hungry for proper L2 low rate servers for a very long time but nowadays all the servers that come out are pure garbage, its only either Interlude with zero class balance that only last 2 months because of how broken it is, or Classic servers with Auto Farm that completly ruin the game making it like a mobile game where everyone auto farms.

Not to mention servers with high rates (above 5x) and extremely low rates (1x or 2x), servers using old horrible clients/interfaces, servers with NPC buffers, servers that allow boxes, servers that have pay to win donations, servers that give out free starting gear, servers with auto loor, etc... All garbage.

Everytime a proper 3x to 5x custom server comes out it gets massive DDOS attacks from Classic Club because they dont want any competition ruining their money monopoly on Classic.

So if anyone knows a good custom server with a modern client and proper class balance on Interlude Chronicle please let us know. And if anyone is thinking about creating their own server please consider making a custom server like this, it could become the next number 1 server if you protect it well against the DDOS.

Also it would be great to have some sort of currency that you can farm ingame and spend on customization shop, like skins for stryder or for your character.
