Indeed,first of all they have to convince ppl to join and that means to be stable,to ban bots/RMTers,to be transparent,keep it no p2w
They started with 300 and surprised me that they still have 250-280 in prime after 1 week ,for a C1 server with 1 client is pretty hard to hang out
I keep playing this just because i love this kind of servers even tho the online is low it can grow in time if they dont reopen every year like others do
Im looking at this L2Eirin x1 server and I see on streams that many joined knowing that it will die in 4-5 months instead of playing 1 single long-term

c1,c2,c3 suck, TOMA files are top, but x1 no box servers fail one after another.

x1 is pain in the ass, elmore x3 with dualbox was peak gameplay.

Yeah, I agree; these servers need to stop alienating the normal people who would want to play them, especially if you want to have more of a Western community on your server without the Russian basement dwellers. There is really no reason to go lower than 3x on these servers at all. Or if you want to do 1x, then maybe have boosted 3x rates on weekends or something like that.
