The retail drop chance for those quests is not 70%, smartass! The adena rate is 70%, not the quests.
I guess he can't set each quest individually...no experience with off files!

The quest rates (x15) are insane for a mid project. In just a couple of days, there will be people with +++ am/db and S sets. He can't even change oly period...

I'm saying, you never worked with l2off files before. So you lack the experience to make the necessary changes to improve your server (e.g. oly) and fix bugs. We'll see if you can prove me wrong. The other thing is the quest rates...too high! Its like playing on high rates, not mid. And the last, its the vip account. Everything double, spoil,adena, xp/sp, drop and rb drop rate!!! In my book, that's pay to win.

You want to make a good mid server? Great, I'm looking for one myself!
But you got high rate features. Everything is high, drop,spoil, quest rates.
If you want your project to last more than a couple of weeks, change that.

I honestly think, FREE OFF interlude files are not ready for set up a server, if you want interlude off files you should buy a good ones (around 700$) if you use free off files you wil have big problem with security/exploits.
