dont be funny, every1 is hitting with skills so u can put ur evasion deep in ur ass, its not c4 anymore dude where every1 is just hitting f1, to get higher evasion u have skills like ue, wind riding but even with those u stand no chance vs tank
+dex could be useful vs blade dancers or sword singers but do u rly need higher evasion for them?

dex = pve
str = pvp
