I think it's a mistranslation...they just gaved them some skills...I saw in a post the archer guard has some skills like the 83 skills all archer get with a 5k power (like Flame Hawk,Ghost Piercing..).Prolly other elite guards have been boosted the same way.

that 5% buff is imba tbh

According to DiegoVargas : "Please note that the wording of combat aura is "damage" not patk, so it would be safe to assume it behaves like stigma.

The relevance of this is that a 5% increase in damage on critical hits is very noticeable.

Consider Ant Queen + Baium + Dance of Fire + Death Whisper + CoV

thats (1.15 * 1.15 * 1.35 * 1.35 * 1.2) = 2.8923075 crit multiplier.

Now take a flat 5% increase in damage (like stigma).

5 * 2.8923075 = 14.46% increase for the entire party when they critically hit something."

So basically that buff is like a free AQ for your party :D

to much fucking armors to be honest

Yea but for koreans is just perfect...The developers just want to keep them entertained with the new armors and stuff while they are preparing the "Awakening system" later in 2010.They just PvE in Korea so they have to introduce new content everytime for koreans otherwise their customers will get bored.

maybe they will open seal of shillien :D:D

I think "awakening system"(cause that way it was referred to by Elmar)will have something to do with skills...like for example
dual wield for fighter classes
two summons for summoners
mages casting two spells at the same time...things like that :D

I hate the idea of having the same type of armor for robe, heavy and light like dynasty or vesper... because everyone looks the same and it is just not cool enough like it was in the old days of S being the top...you had draco, major arcana and IC now you have dynasty, dynasty and dynasty...that sucks hard...Takes out all the variability

Exactly!!! The same goes for weapons. There used to be like arcana mace, draconic bow, basalt battlehammer, saint spear etc. Now its just dynasty X, dynasty Y, dynasty Z...

The four Tank classes - Paladin, Dark Avenger, Temple Knight and Shillien Knight - get as a new skill in "Freya" the so-called Combat Aura, which increases P.Atk. and Atk.Speed. The upper screenshot is before the application of Combat Aura, the lower with Combat Aura.

The Combat Aura skill is a 20 minute party buff with a very short casting time and also a short reuse time. There are overall 3 levels of this skill. At lvl 1 it increases P.Atk. and Atk.Speed by 3%, at lvl 2 by 4% and at lvl 3 by 5%. (Special thanks to Diego for the info!)
Learning all 3 levels does not cost more than 100,000 SP. An increase of 5% in P.Atk. and Atk.Speed at lvl 3 of the skill might seem at first glimpse like a low figure. But when you take into consideration that for example a Draconic Leather set gives only 4% increase in P.Atk. and Atk.Speed then this is a considerable improvement.

In addition to Combat Aura, the four Tank classes - Paladin, Dark Avenger, Temple Knight and Shillien Knight - also get Patience, a passive skill that is learned only in one level. This skill triggers at random when the Tank is getting attacked and increases the damage of physical skill attacks by 20%. The first highlighted line in the screenshot below says that the effect of Patience can be felt, the second highlighted line says that the effect of Patience has vanished. A damage of 422, caused by the Shillien Knight skill Judgment, is approximately 20% more than 355.
along with stigma effect from judgement/tribunal all glads, tyrants, daggers will want tanks in their party :D

Copied from http://www2.elliebelly.net
Special THANKS to Elmar,Whip,DiegoVargas for data :D
