hello i'm playing L2 in korea.

i visit to find some information about pvp such as stun logic etc..

as i know stun calculated by

stun - (base Land Rate / {CON Modifier+resistance} ) * (skill learn lv / Target lv)

i got informtion table about Con modifer, but i can't know aobut

'base land rate' 'stun'

does anybody have about base land rate and stun information?
(like, elf archor skill 'stun shot(lv 40) which means stun 400)
